  • Jewelry and decorative objects shown in photographs are not included unless expressly stated.

  • Product capacity depends on the size and shape of the jewelry being stored.

  • Product packaging may differ from images without materially changing the product.

Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s identity, intended use or conformity with its description do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory. A product may become unavailable before an order is accepted.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment authorization, we may:

  • Contact you about an alternative

  • Remove the unavailable product from the order

  • Cancel the affected item

  • Cancel the entire order where fulfillment is not reasonably possible

  • Issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method

We are not required to provide a substitute product without your consent.

11. Currency and Financial Institution Charges

Orders are charged in the currency displayed during checkout.

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply:

Such charges are determined by the applicable financial institution and are not controlled by Adornnest.

12. Taxes, Duties and Import Charges

14. Gift Cards

If gift cards are offered, additional terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

Gift cards:

  • Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

  • May be restricted to purchases through adornnest.com.

  • Must be protected by the recipient from unauthorized use.

  • May not be eligible for return after delivery.

Adornnest is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card resulting from a customer’s failure to protect its code, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Shipping and Fulfillment

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment authorization.

Estimated standard delivery is generally 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability, product selection and delivery destination.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Complete processing, tracking, delay, customs and missing-package information is provided in the Shipping Policy.

16. Risk of Loss and Delivery

Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the delivery terms presented during checkout.

We do not consider all responsibility to end merely because a package has been transferred to a carrier.

If a shipment is significantly delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact service@adornnest.com. We may request reasonable information and open a carrier or fulfillment investigation before providing a resolution.

17. Split Shipments

Products included in one order may be shipped separately because of inventory location, package size or fulfillment requirements.

Separate shipments may use different carriers, tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because Adornnest divides an order into multiple shipments unless the additional charge was clearly disclosed and accepted during checkout.

18. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact service@adornnest.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate the request before fulfillment begins. However, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after:

  • Payment review has been completed

  • Warehouse processing has started

  • A shipping label has been created

  • The order has been dispatched

Adornnest does not impose a separate cancellation fee for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable return process must be followed after delivery.

19. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

A return must be requested and authorized before the product is shipped back.

For preference-based returns:

  • The product must satisfy the return eligibility requirements.

  • The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

  • No separate restocking fee applies to an approved eligible return.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description, Adornnest will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost to the customer after the issue is validated.

After an approved return has been received and inspected, Adornnest generally initiates the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

20. Return Address

Do not return products to our business registration address unless customer support specifically instructs you to do so.

After a return request is approved, Adornnest will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions.

Products sent to an unauthorized address may be delayed, refused or returned to the sender.

21. Product Care and Use

Customers are responsible for using and caring for products according to:

  • Product descriptions

  • Care instructions

  • Labels

  • Included materials

  • Reasonable product-care practices

Jewelry organizers should generally be kept in a clean, dry environment away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture, extreme heat, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners unless product-specific instructions state otherwise.

Adornnest is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized alteration, excessive moisture, accidental damage or use inconsistent with applicable instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

22. Jewelry and Personal Property

Adornnest products are designed to organize and store jewelry and related personal items. They are not represented as safes, security devices or guarantees against theft, loss, tarnishing or damage.

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Selecting appropriate storage for their jewelry

  • Following jewelry-specific care instructions

  • Securing valuable property

  • Avoiding unsuitable environmental conditions

  • Confirming that product dimensions and compartments suit the intended items

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adornnest is not responsible for loss of or damage to jewelry or other personal property caused by misuse, improper storage, external conditions or events unrelated to a defect in the purchased product.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. No Additional Warranty Unless Stated

Products are provided with any product-specific warranty expressly stated on the relevant product page or included documentation.

Adornnest does not offer an additional fixed-term commercial warranty unless one is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies relating to defective or non-conforming products.

24. Reviews, Feedback and Submitted Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it.

  • It is accurate to your experience.

  • It does not violate another person’s rights.

  • It does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or malicious material.

  • It does not contain harmful software or unauthorized advertising.

You grant Adornnest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and adapt submitted content for operating, improving and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

25. Intellectual Property

The Adornnest name, website design, text, graphics, product presentation, photographs and other website content are owned by or licensed to Yongchun County Kangbei Trading Co., Ltd., unless otherwise stated.

These Terms and Conditions do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to customers.

26. Prohibited Purchasing Conduct

Customers must not:

  • Use false or misleading information

  • Use an unauthorized payment method

  • Submit fraudulent orders

  • Interfere with checkout or payment systems

  • Circumvent purchase or promotion limits

  • Place orders for unlawful purposes

  • Use automated tools to disrupt inventory or checkout

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided subject only to the warranties, representations and remedies expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions or required by law.

We do not exclude or limit any warranty, guarantee, condition or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yongchun County Kangbei Trading Co., Ltd. and Adornnest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from a purchase or product use.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to:

  • Liability that cannot lawfully be limited

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Willful misconduct

  • Rights and remedies protected by mandatory consumer law

30. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent purchasing conduct, violation of these Terms and Conditions or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require a consumer to compensate Adornnest for losses caused by Adornnest or waive rights protected by applicable law.

31. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation disruption

  • Government action

  • Customs delay

  • Labor interruption

  • Public health emergencies

  • Security incidents

  • Network or technology failures

  • Carrier or supplier interruptions

This section does not remove obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

32. Governing Principles

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted according to applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s place of residence.

Nothing in these terms requires a customer to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

33. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about an order or product, contact service@adornnest.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue.

The parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through reasonable communication where possible.

This does not prevent either party from using rights, remedies or dispute procedures available under applicable law.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or treated as severed.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

35. No Waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

A waiver is effective only where clearly communicated by an authorized party.

36. Assignment

Customers may not transfer contractual rights or obligations relating to an order without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a business restructuring, merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets or similar transaction, provided that customer rights are not materially reduced contrary to applicable law.
